Solution

The team had 3 months for the whole ecosystem development. We started several processes in parallel in order to make sure we will fit into the time frame. With brand positioning in mind, we’ve created a logotype using a HF abbreviation and the shield image as a symbol of safety and reliability. Jointly with our customers team we had to figure out how we could fasten and digitalize technical diagnostic, create singular format and guarantee highest quality. We suggested an inspectors app that could store data, images as well as videos and would automatically upload those on the server, platform would then generate inspection lists. Web platform was developed for seamless communication between sellers and buyers. The main challenge was to gather all the info in one place in order to make sure that customer has everything needed to make a decision, which we’ve managed to achieve.
